Elf School, Festive Treats, and a Frosty Visitor at White Rose
White Rose Shopping Centre is the home of all things merry and bright this festive season, with its Christmas Market Corner, The Snowman™ and The Snowdog brick trail, and Elf School launching in the coming weeks.
Visitors are invited to experience the magic of The Snowman™ and The Snowdog with a brand new brick trail created by BRICKLIVE, open from 23 November to 3 January. A total of 16 stunning models comprising up to 53,581 bricks per sculpture will be displayed around White Rose – visitors are invited to collect a free trail map from the centre entrances or the Customer Service Centre, and return it when complete to collect a festive treat.
Ambitious elves aged five and up are invited to join the centre’s free Elf School on 7-8, 14-15, and 12-22 December, during which guests will learn to make their own festive brick toys to take home. Booking is advised via the White Rose website.
There are treats for all the family at White Rose’s Christmas Market Corner, open from 22 November to 29 December. Nestled outside next to Cineworld in The Village, the market boasts hot food fresh from a swing grill, sweet treats, warming festive drinks at the bar, and competitions and games for all ages.
White Rose is also launching its Christmas hours from 29 November. The centre will be open even longer until Christmas Eve: 9am – 10pm Monday to Friday, 9am – 8pm Saturdays and 11am – 5pm Sundays. Last-minute shoppers will be pleased to know that White Rose will remain open until 6pm on Christmas Eve.
The festive cherry on top is a visit with Santa himself – White Rose’s grotto is open from until Christmas Eve. It’s just £5 per visitor, including a gift from Santa himself, and daily hours can be found on the White Rose website.
